Easy
Day walks, viewpoint strolls, wildlife viewing and cultural visits — no altitude or fitness concerns for most travellers.
2–3 days or single days
Moderate
Multi-day treks at 3,000–4,000m. Reasonable fitness and comfort with altitude needed. Pacing and acclimatisation built into every route.
3–5 days
